- We have installed
singularityon a handful of is now available on all the compute nodes, the interactive nodes and the login nodes. - Access to these nodes is via the
@containers-hostshost group when qsub'ing:
% qsub -q mThC.q@@containers-hosts
(yes two '@' in a row).
- There is no longer any module or host-group needed tun use i@
- Examples are under
/home/hpc/examples/containers
